An afternoon holding space for yourself, your grief and to honour the baby you carried. Join Josephine (doula) and Kelly (yoga therapist) for an afternoon to soothe your heart and be witnessed by other women with a shared experience of perinatal bereavement. We will open with a sharing circle and ceremony, come back safely into your body with yin restorative yoga, self massage, and end the afternoon joining our hearts with music and mantra chanting (kirtan).
Who is this for? Anyone with an experience of perinatal bereavement- miscarriage, molar pregnancy, abortion, termination for medical reasons, stillbirth or an infant loss. No matter how long ago; If you feel called to hold space for your experience, in the safety and presence of other women, this space is there for you.
